hi fellows my name is tom and im so glad i found you-all i have been looking for such a forum ,like this .im 60yrs old and have been involved in b/p for over 30 yrs i have a lyman gpr i built from a kit and a 28guage smooth-bore kit built i am retired now i was a lumber grader for 40years untill i was hurt and forced to retire my interest is mostly flint locks but also anything that will shoot black powder i make all my own accuterments such as bags horns forge my own blades i buy nothing less im forced to and then i like to find some one to trade with.i have been married to my wife for 35yrs i have 1 son a wildlife biologist hope to meet a few of you on the boards thanks for this great forum

Hi Tom.. Glad to see you in here. We at last have a forum where we can talk about our kind of stuff. Where we can just talk about muzzleloaders and black powder shooting without being chastised for not having PC and HC equipment.

I am happy to hear from you. I think you will like it here. The intent here is to embrace everything about this hobby including the bottom end guns and home made things that can go with it. We need everybody so feel free to post as often as you like. Ned

Woke up and you guys were gone ... thanks for takin care of my three legged mule... needed to change some stuff.
As I was leaving the last camp an Indian came to visit.

Currently trying to find a new home on the internet ...
I am an avid blackpowder shooter and like my friend Tom H. make all my own stuff... I am more than a fair metal - worker and a first class sticher of hides.
The only other intrests I have are fishing and riding motorcyles.
